Engineer Carlos Hernández is a distinguished petroleum expert, graduated from the Central University of Venezuela (UCV) and professionally trained within the operational structure of PDVSA, the Venezuelan state-owned oil company. Over the course of his career, he has developed extensive expertise in oil production, drilling, and well maintenance, becoming a comprehensive specialist in the management and optimization of petroleum fields.  

His professional background includes deep knowledge in drilling engineering, production systems, and reservoir analysis. He has participated in the development, supervision, and evaluation of numerous wells across Venezuela’s main oil-producing regions. His technical mastery and leadership have enabled him to apply advanced extraction methods, pressure control, and reservoir diagnostics, ensuring operational efficiency and sustainable productivity.  

Currently, as part of Golden Gate Investment Corp., Engineer Hernández contributes his vast technical expertise and energy industry knowledge to international projects in investment, consulting, and petroleum engineering—actively supporting the development and expansion of new opportunities within the global energy market.
